Their aim was to use online marketing to increase the number of customers visiting their stores and to grow the number of online orders.
They set themselves an important milestone to reach HUF 1 billion in sales by the end of 2021 while meeting the performance indicators set for their stores.
We started our cooperation with EcoFamily at the beginning of 2021, on the recommendation of an existing client.
EcoFamily is a dynamically growing Hungarian store network with 56 stores. Their philosophy is a great example of responsibility, and a positive mindset of life, where not only profit but also utility is important.

Their mission is to make it easier, faster and more comfortable to buy these kinds of products.

Challenge
When we took over their advertising accounts, the basic e-commerce metrics were not set up properly, including conversions related to PPC spending were not fully measured. So we first had to fix the Google Analytics Enhanced E-commerce and then the Facebook Pixel measurement settings.
The pandemic erupted in 2020 forced them to face similar challenges to other e-commerce players, so they had to compete in a highly competitive market environment to meet changing consumer demands.
Solution
The measurement was a key issue for them, as it was essential to see which brands users prefer and which products they buy most during their online store activity.
There was also a significant increase in orders where EcoFamily does not yet have a store, thanks to the active online presence, constantly optimised advertising and campaign management.
As an indication of the importance of Google Ads, more than 59.4% of 30,000 e-commerce transactions between May and December 2021 were directly attributable to ad sales.
