WHY MARKESTIC IS DIFFERENT

Markestic is a Budapest-based digital consulting agency with special focus on PPC, digital transformation and digital export. We help established large accounts, international companies and scaling startups with digital consulting and execution.

Currently we are running projects in 18 countries.

We believe, there’s no such thing as a great agency, just great people in agencies! We are not a typical digital agency as such. We are a pool of great experts to turn things upside down!

YOUR DAILY TASKS WILL BE

  • Client side

    • Weekly communication with Clients

    • Scaling Client Portfolio with additional recommended services, etc. This requires communication, consulting and a bit of sales skills.

  • Delivery side

    • Helping Delivery Team in project management

    • Quality assurance of deliverables

    • Capacity planning

MUST HAVE

  • You love people, people management and communication in general. 

  • You wish to work on client-related projects and you enjoy helping others achieve their goals. 

  • You enjoy juggling multiple projects and clients at the same time. 

  • You enjoy coordinating smart people and coach them along the way.

  • You are happy to ask questions, articulate proposals, solutions and connect the dots between Clients’ needs and delivering ideal solutions. 

  • You are open to feedback and bringing different perspectives to the table.

  • You don’t feel bad or disappointed by poor delivery-related results but you see room for improvement and opportunity to twist things a little and get back on track in the shortest possible time.

  • You are result-oriented and you know online marketing is a numbers game.

  • You gladly dive a bit deeper into our services to better understand what we actually provide as a service.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience in project management

  • Open to diving a bit deeper into digital marketing. A Client Success Manager must understand what is possible, what tool does what. Not necessarily on a very deep level but at least on level of coordination & articulation. 

  • Excellent communication and people management skills

  • Consulting, coaching attitude by which helping Clients articulate their needs and goals.

  • Advanced English skills (if Client portfolio also consists of international clients).

  • Agile personality. Things must be done and/or pushed if they get blocked.

MAIN GOAL

  • We are about to form Client Groups and each Client Group needs to have a dedicated Client Success Manager (aka Project or Squad Manager) who has a dual role. 

  • Responsible for Client Success and Client Communication

  • Responsible for managing the dedicated Delivery Team from briefing to submitting the project deliverables.

  • Simply put, keep our awesome clients happy and satisfied while maintaining a well-balanced workload on the delivery team and general happiness within our team.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

  • The position is not a ‘precise box’ →  new in our structure so we can build it up from scratch - who does what, how and so on and so forth.
